How Do I Become A Member?
The membership of Pittsfield Community Television provides the backbone of our organization. Despite popular belief, PCTV as an organization produces a very small number of programs. The vast majority of the programs that you can see on our three channels are produced by our members.
In addition to the ability to produce programming and have it shown on local television, our members have access to an incredible array of services, including the following:
- Access to all of our on-site studio production facilities
- Access to all of our remote production and video editing equipment
- Access to our Mobile Production Unit
- One-on-One Training and Support with our professional production staff for all of our facilities and equipment
So how do you get access to this unparalelled resource? Simply select a membership type below, fill out the appropriate form, and send it back to us with the appropriate dues included - that's all that stands between you, and getting your television program on the air.
Individual Membership (Ideal for individuals, small families and students to recieve the benefits of membership)
Organizational Membership (Designed for groups larger than six to come together as members)
What Is The First Step In Producing A Show?
The most important step in producing a show on PCTV is the completion of the producer contract. This contract contains all the information we need to know about you as the producer, as well as the basics of the program itself. No program can appear on PCTV without a contract.
