3.         A hearing pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 79, §5B with regard to the taking of agricultural land by eminent domain

4.         A presentation from William Hines with regard to the progress of PEDA property

5.         A report of the Traffic Commission on a petition from Councilor Ward requesting installation of “Share the Road” signs on each side of East New Lenox Road, recommending that it be approved and signs installed

6.         A report of the Traffic Commission on a petition from Councilor Maffuccio for installation of “No Parking” signs along the south side of Briggs Avenue to Weller Avenue and 50 feet on the north side of Briggs Avenue, recommending that it be approved and signs installed

12.     A report of the Committee on Public Works and Utilities on a petition from Councilor Lothrop requesting a solution to parking problems at schools, recommending it be approved

13.     A report of the Committee on Public Works and Utilities on a petition from Councilor Maffuccio to place East Alford Road, from Brooks Avenue to Highland Avenue, on the plowing route and chip seal list, recommending that it be approved and referred to Commissioner Collingwood

14.     A report of the Committee on Public Works and Utilities on a petition from Peter Arlos requesting enforcement of the Ordinance that requires residents and businesses to clear sidewalks after snow storms, recommending that it be approved and the Commissioner educate the public for the next winter season
