2.         A communication submitting an Order authorizing the Mayor to waive the 120-day notice period regarding acquisition of land by the Mass. Department of Conservation and Recreation

4.         A communication submitting an Order authorizing the City to accept a grant of funds in the amount of $4,983.10 from the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners
