18.     A petition from Peter Arlos that the Commissioner of Cultural Development return the plaque and fresco painting to their place above the gallery fireplace a the Lichtenstein Center for the Arts

19.     A petition from Rinaldo DelGallo III asking the Council to thank the Berkshire Relay for Life

20.     A petition from Rinaldo DelGallo III asking the Council to send a letter thanking the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation for creation of a memorial and also asking the Council to designate a day of remembrance for all victims of communism
