2.         A communication submitting an Order authorizing the City of Pittsfield to allow the termination of an easement for an abandoned water pipe in the area of 127-133 Wahconah Street

3.         A communication submitting an Order authorizing the City of Pittsfield to accept a Juvenile and Gang Crime Prevention Initiative Grant in the amount of $25,334 from the U.S. Department of Justice
