2.         A communication submitting an Order authorizing the City to pay previous year’s expenses in the amount of $1,660.12 from accounts of the Department of Public Works and Utilities

3.         A communication submitting an Order authorizing the City to accept a grant of funds in the amount of $850 from the Berkshire County Boards of Health Association

4.         A communication submitting an Order authorizing the City to accept a gift of funds in the amount of $250 from MeadWestvaco Foundation
