COMMUNICATIONS FROM HIS HONOR, THE MAYOR

2.         A communication submitting an Order authorizing the City of Pittsfield to approve and execute a Conservation Restriction for land owned by Edwin F. Watroba on South Mountain Road

3.         A communication submitting an Order authorizing the City of Pittsfield to accept a gift of funds from Sherman L. Baldwin to the Here at Home Committee

APPOINTMENTS

4.         Appointment of Theresa Bianchi, Robert Green, Mary Jane Scoco, Mary O’Donnell, Richard Briggs, Richard Rivers, and Paul Callahan as members of the Council on Aging

5.         Appointment of Suzanne Doswell as a member of the Commission on Disabilities

PUBLIC HEARINGS

6.         A public hearing on a petition from Western Massachusetts Electric Company and Verizon New England Inc. for permission to locate three jointly-owned poles on the northerly and southerly sides of Merrill Road near the intersection with Junction Road

7.         A public hearing on a petition from Edwin Watroba to amend the City Code, Chapter 23, Section 3.302 by reclassifying land on South Mountain Road from LD-I to R-43

8.         A public hearing on a petition from Petricca Development, LLC to amend the City Code Chapter 23, Section 3.301, to reclassify a 15.582-acre parcel of land located south of the Pittsfield/Lanesboro line identified as Assessors Map No. K17-0001-201

NEW BUSINESS

9.         A request from Attorney Emil J. George on behalf of G. B. New England 2, LLC to allow withdrawal without prejudice of its application for a special permit for a drive-up window at the intersection of Merrill Road and Dalton Ave.

10.     A petition from Peter Arlos requesting installation of a night depository in front of City Hall

11.     A petition from Peter Arlos requesting the Council supports the efforts to change the date of the Presidential Primary Election in Massachusetts

12.     An Ordinance amending the City Code, Chapter 13, Article V, Stopping, Standing and Parking (regarding all-night parking)
