2.         A communication informing the Council of a presentation by Holly Taylor of True North Financial Services on the City’s Health Insurance

3.         A communication submitting an Order establishing a conservation fund for the Pittsfield Conservation Commission

4.         A communication submitting an Order authorizing the City to accept a $160,000 Municipal Police Officer Hiring Initiative Grant from the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security to the Pittsfield Police Department

5.         A communication submitting an Order authorizing the City to accept an $80,000 “Safe and Drug Free Schools” Grant from the Executive Office of Public Safety & Security to the Pittsfield Police Department

6.         A communication submitting an Order authorizing the City to accept a $15,000 Traffic Enforcement  and Equipment Grant from the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security to the Pittsfield Police Department
