2.         A communication submitting an Order authorizing the City to approve the Berkshire Addendum to the Western Massachusetts Intergovernmental Emergency Mutual Aid Agreement

3.         A communication submitting an Order accepting Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 39, Section 23D with regard to adjudicatory hearings before all city boards, committees or commissions

4.         A communication submitting the Fiscal Year 2007 annual report of the Economic Development Incentive Program

18.     A petition from Peter Arlos requesting creation of a seven-member committee to study the increasing number of level 2 and 3 sex offenders in the City and make recommendations to protect its citizens

19.     A petition from Terry Kinnas requesting the Council support some type of legislative relief for problems existing within the state health insurance program
