FINE PRINT:  All messages submitted using this system are subject to Access Channel Coordinator approval PRIOR to being cablecast.  Messages may be edited for content, grammar, style, and design.  Running times may be altered or shortened.   PCTV is not responsible for lost messages or technical difficulties with the system.  Messages submitted are normally approved for cablecast within ONE WEEK of submission by the user.  All messages MUST adhere to the current Rules & Procedures of Pittsfield Community Television, Inc., as amended from time to time.  Users will be audited to verify their representation of non-profit organizations, schools, and other such groups.  Access to the bulletin board system may be revoked at any time.
