PCTV Bulletin Board Access
The video bulletin board system seen on the access channels of PCTV is
called Carousel. This system allows individuals, non-profit organizations,
groups, schools, and government agencies to create and submit video messages,
which are cablecast on the access channels, AccessPittsfield, Pittsfield ETV,
and CityLink.
In order to utilize the system, it will be necessary for you to have a username
and a password. If you do not have these, please contact us at (413)

Single Bulletin Board Posting Form
Alternately, you may make a single submission to our bulletin board system without creating a Carousel account. Individuals or organizations looking to make such a submission may access our Community Bulletin Board Posting Form and send it in manually, or fill out the digital form below.
FINE PRINT: All messages submitted using this system are
subject to Access Channel Coordinator approval PRIOR to being cablecast.
Messages may be edited for content, grammar, style, and design. Running
times may be altered or shortened. PCTV is not responsible for lost
messages or technical difficulties with the system. Messages submitted are
normally approved for cablecast within ONE WEEK of submission by the user.
All messages MUST adhere to the current Rules &
Procedures of Pittsfield Community Television, Inc., as amended from time to
time. Users will be audited to verify their representation of non-profit
organizations, schools, and other such groups. Access to the bulletin
board system may be revoked at any time.
